Our role as Pave Agency was pivotal in guiding Apcotex through this transition. We conducted a comprehensive assessment of their existing infrastructure, identifying pain points and challenges faced by end-users. We facilitated the seamless integration of Microsoft NAV systems from an acquired company, enabling unified operations and synergy. Apcotex successfully eliminated capital expenditure associated with traditional data centers and significantly reduced licensing and administrative overheads, encompassing the avoidance of the purchase and maintenance of server hardware, backup solutions, networks, and firewalls.
